Permanent courses

Mole Valley manages a network of permanent orienteering courses in parks and country parks in Surrey and South London, where you’ll find permanent wooden orienteering posts around the site. You can orienteer the course at any time during the site’s opening hours. This is a great option for trying orienteering, doing a training run, exploring a place in a new way, or for groups like schools, Scouts, Guides and so on. You can walk, jog or run. Permanent orienteering courses are ideal as an introduction to orienteering, or for training.

If you are new to permanent course orienteering, you may like to watch this YouTube video which explains it.
