We are delighted to launch the new 2025/26 Street Orienteering Series.
There are 8 events in the series and your top 5 scores in the series count towards the series standings with trophies for the leading male and female in the series.
Each event has a 1 hour score course where you need to maximise your score by visiting as many controls as possible. There are different points values for each control and there are penalty points for those who finish late! A 40 minute score option is also available.
You will be give a paper map to navigate with and your run is recorded using the MapRun app which calculates your score. Please note that to take part you must use the app, we no longer offer the old paper and pen clue hunting option.
These events are based at a pub and offer a great opportunity to explore your local streets and to socialise with fellow competitors.
No experience is necessary and help an guidance is available on the night.
