MV picnic & AGM at Newlands Corner

Moley is looking forward to seeing you all for our picnic event and AGM Venue: Newlands Corner, Albury, Guildford GU4 8SE – What3Words: awards.hung.timing
We will meet at the far western end of the car park.
Parking: Free parking in the public car park. Public Transport: 48 minute walk from Chilworth
railway station.
Map: 1:7500 orienteering map updated in December 2024.
Course: A single 45 minute score course for everyone – with a twist!
We are going old school! Please ensure you bring: a watch and something to write with.
Briefing and start at 11:00: everyone sets off at (almost) the same time – don’t be late!
Safety: Please provide your mobile phone number in case of missing runner.
Be tick aware – check for ticks after your run
The area is very busy with dog walkers, horse riders, families – slow down and give a wide berth.
Safety bearing – head East to the car park, ask other users for directions to the car park Full leg cover recommended
Picnic: Bring your own food, drink and chair/rug.
AGM: Following the AGM, various awards will be presented, including Moley presented to the winner
of this picnic event.
Facilities: Café and toilets in car park.
