MV picnic event & AGM at Horton Country Park

This year’s picnic event will be held using the MapRun App
Entries: This is a closed event for MVOC members and their guests. Please confirm attendance by Sunday 25th August by emailing dawnclifford@yahoo.co.uk
Entry Fees: No charge
Course: A single 45 minute score course for everyone, plus an extra fun activity which may or may not count towards the results! Further details will be revealed on the day. Remember your mobile phone or watch with the course downloaded (instructions to follow)
Briefing and start at 11:00: everyone sets off at (almost) the same time – don’t be late!
Picnic: Bring your food, drink and chair/blanket – and maybe something to share!
AGM: Various awards will be presented including the club handicap trophies, Moley and the prestigious Mole of the Year Award
Terrain: Flat parkland and woodland with established path network. Full leg cover is recommended
